$600 per weekend (Fri-Sat)
$200 per night (Sun-Thursday)-$100 for an extra night
WEEKLY RENTALS REQUIRED: MAY 29 TO NOV. 30
WEEKLY AND WEEKEND RENTALS MUST BEGIN FRIDAY NIGHT.
Please check with us for specific Holiday Requirements
There will be a $100 cleaning fee per rental.
Sonoma County Taxes of 9% will be added.
We do not charge a security or pet deposit. If there is any damage or breakage (people or pets) your credit card will be charged accordingly.
No Smoking allowed in the units.

Check out Time: 11am
Cancellation Policy
A Credit card is required to make a reservation
Your card will be charged 10% of your lodging total at the time of booking. (non-refundable)
The balanced of your lodging total will be charged 21 days prior to your arrival date.
If you Cancel your stay less than 21 days before your scheduled arrival date, there will be no refund unless rebooked and in the amount of the rebooking.
